With a passion for helping families navigate life’s transitions, Page Smithers leads Coast & Country, a premier estate sale management and downsizing service rooted in Virginia values.
Page and her dedicated team specialize in thoughtfully guiding clients through every step of the estate sale process—from planning to execution to closing with care.Inspired by the landscapes of her home state, the name Coast & Country reflects Page’s deep connection to Virginia. Raised in the Tidewater region and now living in scenic Loudoun County, Page brings a unique understanding of both coastal and countryside living—insight that shines through in every client experience.​
​A proud graduate of Hampton Roads Academy and Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, Page has always had an eye for history and design. Her love for antiques and collectibles naturally led her to the estate sale world, where she embraced the opportunity to preserve stories while helping others start new chapters.
